Metallic Finishes

Smooth, reflective, and modern. Metallics add depth and sophistication with fine metal particles that shimmer under stage lights.

Sparkle Finishes

Bold and vibrant. Sparkle finishes use larger reflective particles for a dazzling, high‑energy look.

Flake Finishes

The most dramatic option. Heavy flakes create a textured, eye‑catching surface with intense shine and colour saturation.

Refinishing Process

Prep & Grain Filling - Every body is inspected and prepared. Existing finishes may be removed, open‑pore woods are grain‑filled and any imperfections filled in and sanded to ensure a perfectly smooth base.

Priming- a high‑build primer is applied and levelled to create an even surface.

Colour / Metallic / Sparkle / Flake Application - each finish type is applied in controlled layers to achieve uniform coverage and maximum brilliance. Sparkle and flake finishes require additional layering for depth.

Clear Coating - multiple clear coats protect the finish and add dimensional shine. Sparkle and flake finishes receive extra coats to fully bury particles and create a smooth, glass‑like surface.

Buffing & Final Shine - after curing, the body is wet‑sand levelled and machine‑buffed to a mirror gloss. This final stage reveals the full brilliance of the finish.

 Body Options

Customer‑Provided Body -if the existing finish needs stripping, additional cost may apply. Heavy paint, thick poly, or damaged surfaces may require extra labour.

Body Sourced for You -ideal for new builds or specific wood preferences. Pricing varies depending on model and supplier.

*Metallic finishes start at £300. Sparkle and flake finishes are at higher price, due to additional materials, labour, and clear‑coat depth.

Final pricing and time scale depends on body condition, stripping requirements, and chosen finish type.
